SaaS Account Executive - Berlin
The Role:
100% new business development. They have AMs to up-sell and CSMs to manage retentions
You will have BDR support. BDRs are in charge of making the first calls, booking meetings, etc. Pre-sales and marketing support is also available.
You will sell to international organisations at enterprise level across the DACH region. The software can be used by any industry so you won't be restricted on verticals.
You will manage and complete complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives
The role is based in Berlin and you are required in the office regularly. They do have some flexibility on working from home as well.

They were 40 employees in 2018 and are now 180 globally with further growth
They quadrupled their revenue every year so far
Heavily VC backed by leading investors
Total funding so far for $35 - most recent was Series B
They know how to retain their staff and have no churn rate.
Amazing commission structure. One person closed a €50k deal and received €150k commission for that one deal

The Ideal Candidate:
2 - 6 years enterprise SaaS sales
Complex & horizontal sales (selling to all departments within an enterprise)
Multi-stakeholder management
Fluency in German and English
What You’ll Get:
€50,000 - €70,000 base salary with a double uncapped OTE
