​Sales Development Representative

The Role:

  • This is a Sales Development Representative role where you will be qualifying, engaging and responding to inbound inquires.

  • You will also be expected to proactively act upon sourcing your own leads through outbound calls, emails and inmails.

  • You will also be working closely with the Customer Team on their strategic sales approach and to develop

  • Developing a deep knowledge base of their prospects’ industries, competition and sales processes to support insightful conversations and sales cycle with Business Leaders will be a huge part of the role.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have good communication skills, both written and spoken

  • A good storyteller – can they tell an engaging story

  • You will be a very coachable and highly driven  individual wanting to progress in sales

  • Experience in business development is preferable but not essential

  • You will be degree educated .

What You’ll Get:

  • You will receive a basic salary of £30,000 with and OTE £45,000

  • On top of this competitive salary, you will be entitled to 25 days holidays plus banks.

  • Benefits such as; pension, healthcare and dental are also included.

  • A travel card and daily breakfast is also included in the package.
