What You Can Expect.


Whilst we expect hard work and dedication from all our team members, we know that life isn't as simple as 9-5pm. Whether you're a busy working-parent or want to get to the gym in the morning, our flexible working policy allows you to come in later, leave earlier or even work from home up to one and a half days per week.

We're a sociable bunch, and every Friday at 4pm the fridge is opened and we get stuck into beers, prosecco, and non-alcoholic beverages. We genuinely enjoy spending time with one another and after the FJ fridge dries up, you can often find us in The Didsbury (HQ), enjoying a curry on Brick Lane (London), or hitting the bars in Downtown New York and Chicago.

Open Market

We don't operate a traditional recruitment business model where you're given a�?designated geographical territory and a specific market niche. Instead, we encourage consultants to collaborate with each other on an open-market basis. This allows you to gain valuable experience in different markets and locations. We find, if you enjoy working a particular niche, you will naturally gravitate towards becoming an industry expert.

Freedom within a Framework

We have one of the most flexible working environments in the industry. You can choose from 4 work patterns. Starting from 7.30am, through to 10am - you choose what best suits you. We WANT our team to get out of the office and meet people to build strong working relationships - Don’t be a desk prisoner.

Learning and Career Development

We’re not a one-size-fits-all business. Our career development path is tailored to you. We have a clear, transparent�?development plan that provides opportunities to progress... What's your goal? We have a dedicated in-house Training & Development Manager to up-skill and coach you throughout your career with us. We INVEST in our people. Every team member has access to personal L&D fund - £500 OR $650 for you to use on a professional development course of your choice... What would you like to learn?

We celebrate and recognise the contribution of individuals through an uncapped commission structure, monthly lunch clubs, day-out incentives and consistency bonuses.​ We also offer an industry-leading bonus scheme to reward you for quarterly performance, annual performance and sales consistency (ranges between £2,500-£6,000).​We host an annual 'President's Club', which is open to top performers, at all levels.
