What You Can Expect.


Whilst we expect hard work and dedication from all our team members, we know that life isn't as simple as 9-5pm. Whether your a busy working-mum or want to get to the gym in the morning, our flexible working policy allows you to come in later, leave earlier or even work from home 0.5 - 1.5 days per week.

We're a sociable bunch, and every Friday at 4pm the fridge is opened and we get stuck into beers, prosecco and non-alcoholic beverages. We genuinely enjoy spending time with one another and after the FJ fridge dries up, you can often find us in The Didsbury (HQ), enjoying a curry on Brick Lane (London), or hitting the bars in Downtown San Fran.

We don't operate traditional recruitment business model where you're given a designated geographical territory and a specific market niche. Instead, we encourage consultants to collaborate with each other on an open-market basis. This allows you to gain valuable experience in different markets and locations.​We find, if you enjoy working a particular niche, you will naturally gravitate towards becoming an industry expert.

Freedom within a Framework

We have one of the most flexible working environments in the industry. You can choose from 4 work patterns. Starting from 7.30am, through to 10am - you choose what best suits you.​We WANT our team to get out of the office and meet people to build strong working relationships - Don’t be a desk prisoner.
