VP of Customer Success
The Role:
Inheriting a team of Customer Success Managers and Support specialists across the UK regions
Responsible for the full strategy, goals, direction and vision of the customer success division
Oversee the client onboarding processes, implementation and on-going account management of clients
Be responsible for the retention, renewals and net revenue quotas across the team
Drive and maintain a high performing, engaged and positive culture

The Ideal Candidate:
Solid leadership experience managing a customer success division within a high growth SaaS Start-Up
Remote management experience
You need to be used to managing clients on a relatively small, yet volume based subscription led basis
Implemented successful CS processes and grown a successful team
What You’ll Get:
£70,000 - £100,000 Basic + £125,000 OTE + Great Benefits
