​ VP of Customer Success

The Role:

  • Inheriting a team of Customer Success Managers and Support specialists across the UK regions

  • Responsible for the full strategy, goals, direction and vision of the customer success division

  • Oversee the client onboarding processes, implementation and on-going account management of clients

  • Be responsible for the retention, renewals and net revenue quotas across the team

  • Drive and maintain a high performing, engaged and positive culture

  • Implemented successful CS processes and grown a successful team

  • £70,000 - £100,000 Basic + £125,000 OTE + Great Benefits
