Senior Customer Success Manager
The Role:
This role will be managing 5-10 enterprise accounts.
You will spend 70-80% of your time focusing on commercial growth and the remaining on operational support.
You will also be aligned with an operational CSM and work alongside them to manage the merchants.
You will be responsible for retention, upsell and cross-sell into these accounts.
This is a strategic account management role, where you will be selling to multiple stakeholders.
You will be managing accounts across Europe.

The Ideal Candidate:
2-5 years experience within the Payments space.
Must have experience of setting strategy and account planning.
Knowledge of merchant acquiring, acquiring gateway and payment optimisation.
You will need experience managing existing accounts and driving strategic growth.
Additional European language is beneficial.
