Senior Marketing Director / CMO
The Role:
Senior Marketing Leader responsible for team of 8 cross functional marketers
Key focus on global demand generation to grow revenue
Driving the volume and quality of MQLs through our acquisition channels
Optimising the acquisition channel mix and spend
Current channels are SEO, So Pro, PPC, Social, email marketing and we would need someone with lots of experience of managing these areas
Needs to be a very strong digital marketer who has good knowledge of the various channels
Marketing communications
Expertise in product marketing and positioning
First class communication skills and the ability to lead from the front in communicating the product and platform through all channels – website, written literature, webinars, sales materials etc.
Managing a team of 8 and developing / optimising output
Initiating activity – telling us what needs to happen to drive MQL’s and success rather than waiting to be told

The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
Minimum 3 years leadership experience managing a high performing marketing team
Track record of building and managing high-impact nurture programmes that deliver inbound MQLs
Understands how to drive sales metrics - funnel optimization and demand generation
Confidence to combine digital channels from SEO and paid to drive cost effective inbound success
Strong writing, grammar and communication skills - can craft persuasive sales-led content
Must be a passionate, independent and a dynamic with the ability to create solutions to problems
What You’ll Get:
Up to £110,000 basic salary plus bonus and equity
