Customer Success Director
The Role:
This role will be managing 3-5 Customer Success Managers.
They will spend 70-80% of their time focusing on commercial aspects and the remaining on operational support.
You may also be managing 2-3 enterprise accounts.
You will be responsible for coaching, developing and leading the team to drive commercial growth.

The Ideal Candidate:
2-5 years experience within the Payments space.
have knowledge of merchant acquiring, acquiring gateway and payment optimisation.
You will need experience managing existing accounts and driving strategic growth.
Previous leadership is beneficial but not essential.
