​VP Global Sales - OT Security - EMEA based

The Role:

• You will inherit a team of 5x people: 3x Regional Sales Directors, 1x Sales Engineer, 1x Sales Operations, two more Regional Sales Directors will join this year

• Next year in 2022 you will hire 5 - 7 more people for the team - sales & pre-sales

• You will scale the business from $6M to $45M in revenue over the next 3 years

• At the start you will do 20% sales, 80% management, as the team continues to grow you will do less selling

• You will be remotely based from the UK, France, DACH, Netherlands or Israel

• You will report into the CEO & Co-founder

• They have 6 paying customers across the globe

• They don't have any real competitors as no one else specialises in their field.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Cyber security experience - OT ideally, or IOT or Network Security

• You are currently a VP at small company or a Director at a big company

• You MUST have managed global and remote teams

• Experience with multimillion quotas, complex sales cycles
