Sales Development Lead
The Role:
You will be responsible for leading and developing a European SDR team.
You will be driving the team to achieve targets relation to Sales Qualifies Leads within target Enterprise accounts.
Managing two Team Leaders and 13 SDR's you will work very closely to manage and grow the SDR function.
You will be instrumental in the success of the SDR function across Europe.

150 employees globally across 3 offices, they have ambitious growth plans
They have doubled revenue every year for the past 4 years - very financially stable business with a track record of success
No micro management and with a strong leadership team who are focussed on supporting you to be a success
Clients include Ikea, Nestle, Colgate and Crystal Palace
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have 7 years experience in SaaS, 3 years of which are focussed on SDR people management.
You will have a strong understanding of sales process, MQL's and SQL's.
You will have managed 5 SDR's as a minimum.
What You’ll Get:
£50,000-£70,000 plus £30,000 OTE

3rd call and competency interview with VP Sales UK & US and VP Sales EMEA
4th call with the founder
