Regional Sales Director Europe - OT Security - EMEA based
The Role:
First Sales Rep on the Ground in Europe
Join the existing sales team which consists of 3x Regional Sales Directors, Director of Sales Operations, Sales Engineer
Territory is DACH, South Europe, Nordics, BENELUX, UK
Selling cyber security to rail companies. You'll be selling software, hardware & services.
You will sell to customers directly as well as work with partners
Average deal size is currently $400k - $500k with average sales cycles of 3 - 6 months. The deal size is forecast to increase to $1M - $4M
Stakeholders involved in the sales process are CISOs, CIOs, Head of ICT, Head of Infrastructure
You will get support from R&D, Pre-sales, Product teams in Israel. The product will be customised for each client.
Once you have some real traction in the market, they will bring on an SE locally Europe and the team will grow further from there.
The role will report into the CEO for now.
You need to be based remotely in France, DACH, Netherlands or the UK
The Company:

The Ideal Candidate:
10-15 years cyber security sales
OT/IoT/Network Security
Complex sales experience - direct + indirect
Ideally you have worked for a Start-up before
What You’ll Get:
€90,000 - €115,000 base, double OTE + stock options and car allowance
