Product Marketing Manager
The Role:
Positioning the product and developing messaging to appeal to the needs and requirements of various personas within our target audiences
Collaborating with the Product, Sales and Customer Service Teams to gather insights and customer feedback, create alignment and ensure our value proposition meets the needs of both
current and future customers
Producing product marketing content (e.g. blogs, presentation content) and collateral (e.g. datasheets, videos), in collaboration with Creative and Content teams, to support each phase of
the buyer journey and sales cycle
Managing the successful running of webinars and multichannel campaigns to launch new features and product updates, support lead generation, and enable customer upsell and cross-sell
Supporting the delivery of the marketing calendar of campaigns, events and lead gen activities as required to enable the marketing department to meet its MQL targets
Undertaking competitor analysis to keep track of new product developments and messaging from competitors to help define and continuously refine our competitive differentiators
Managing and building relationships with key industry analysts (such as Gartner and Forrester) to build the company profile as a thought leader and help influence the market.
Establishing relationships with key influencers and customers for participation in marketing activity such as speaking opportunities and content contribution
Managing external customer review campaigns in collaboration with the Customer Success team
Reviewing and analysing performance to seek continuous improvement of activities

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a Product Marketing role, or a Campaign Management role with an understanding of Product Marketing principles
B2B marketing experience, ideally within the Software / IT / Technology sector
Communication : Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative
Building relationships : Able to identify and initiate working relationships and develop and maintain them
Organization and planning : Plans, organizes, schedules and budgets in an efficient, productive manner; Focuses on key priorities.
Flexibility and adaptability : Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions;
Copes effectively with change.
Creativity and innovation: Creates new ideas and innovative approaches to problems.
What You’ll Get:
Up to £65,000 basic salary plus 10% bonus and stock options
