Outbound SDR Manager
The Role:
You will be responsible for leading a team of outbound SDR's to successfully drive new business in the Southern Europe region.
Be responsible in managing the team effectively to achieve team targets for opportunities
You will be responsible for recruiting, leading and managing multiple talented SDR's
Drive and implement improvements for the team with the process and execute new ideas on how to improve their general performance.
Motivate and drive the team to be successful new business hunters, being an influential part of creating a positive atmosphere to the group.

The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years experience in a similar SDR Team Lead / Management position at a SaaS company.
You would have previously been an SDR and therefore understand the role having experienced it yourself.
You will have a hunter mentality and have the ability to lead from the front.
Additional European languages such as; Italian, French, Spanish, Russian or Polish will be beneficial but not essential.
What You’ll Get:
Competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000 basic + £20,000 in bonuses
Entitled to 25 days holiday + banks.
