Outbound SDR Manager

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for leading a team of outbound SDR's to successfully drive new business in the Southern Europe region.

  • Be responsible in managing the team effectively to achieve team targets for opportunities

  • You will be responsible for recruiting, leading and managing multiple talented SDR's

  • Drive and implement improvements for the team with the process and execute new ideas on how to improve their general performance.

  • Motivate and drive the team to be successful new business hunters, being an influential part of creating a positive atmosphere to the group.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar SDR Team Lead / Management position at a SaaS company.

  • You would have previously been an SDR and therefore understand the role having experienced it yourself.

  • You will have a hunter mentality and have the ability to lead from the front.

  • Additional European languages such as; Italian, French, Spanish, Russian or Polish will be beneficial but not essential.

What You’ll Get:
