​Senior SDR - SaaS - Paris

The Role:

  • Currently everyone works from home 4 days per week and one day in the office

  • 80% outbound activities, 20% inbound

  • You will work on sales navigator, salesforce

  • You will get some inbound leads from marketing and events

  • Your bonus will be based on number of calls and number of meetings booked for the sales rep

  • You will also get 1% of each deal closed by a rep for whom you booked the initial meeting. They have deals can go up to €1M and bigger, so if the AE closes a €1M deal you get €10,000 in bonus just for that one deal. It's a lucrative commission structure for you.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 - 4 year SDR experience around SaaS

  • Fluency in French and English

What You’ll Get:

  • €40,000 - €45,000 base, €10,000 on top as bonus (based on calls and meetings booked)

  • 1% of each deal closed by the AE you work with, you can potentially double your salary with this bonus structure
