Country Manager - UK
The Role:
This is a hands-on billing Sales Manager position to join a market-leading PropTech start-up
You will lead from the front, building and developing the UK customer base by executing the sales process
You will inherit an existing team of four Account Executives and be responsible for their development as well as the recruitment of additional Account Executives throughout 2021.
This position will suit somebody who is autonomous and entrepreneurial. There is a lot of room for creativity and development. You will have overall responsibility for the UK sales function and will report directly in to the CEO
You will be based in the office in the centre of London, close to great restaurants, bars and the best of what the city has to offer.

The Ideal Candidate:
5 years experience in a B2B outbound SaaS sales role
2 years experience leading an outbound sales team
Self starter with a hunter mentality coupled with sales leadership
You will enjoy attending industry events and socialising with potential and existing customers
Valid and clean driving licence
What You’ll Get:
Basic salary of £80,000 - £85,000 with uncapped OTE
