Director of Sales UK

The Role:

• This is a management role managing around 6 AE’s in the London office

• You will have to mentor, coach, manage and grow the sales team

• Your team will be selling to mid-market and Enterprise clients in EMEA

• Clients will be 200+ employees in size

• You should be based commutable to London

• Average deals sizes are typically $28k but rising and sales cycles are around 3 months

The Company:

• A start up in the MarTech space

• They plan to exit in 18 months to 3 years

• They grew 50% in 2020 and plan to grow 67% this year

• They are profitable and have grown organically

• Equity is included

• Commission is uncapped and Double if you hit target

​

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5 years B2B SaaS sales

• 3 years management experience

• Ideally from a martech background

• Must have sold to mid-market or Enterprise for this role

What You’ll Get:

• Basic Salary: £65,000-£75,000 with an OTE that is Double

• Equity, Pension, Healthcare
