Major Account Manager

The Role:

  • Quickly learn and understand the companies products and be able to articulate their products inside out to different external stakeholders

  • Build on existing relationships with "Major" customers and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop extensions with the existing accounts

  • Effectively execute account plans and opportunity plans to maximise revenue in the designated regions

  • Understand and effectively articulate the companies value propositions of the products and solutions

  • Coordinate internally with the Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams to help drive adoption, success and growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will be based in London

  • You will have 4-6 years sales experience in SaaS, most of which is spent in an Account Management role

  • You will have excellent communication skills

  • Preferable to have additional languages on top of English, such as; German, French or Italian

  • Experience in E-learning or HR Tech will be advantageous but not essential.

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive basic salary of between £55,000-£65,000 + £40,000-£50,000 commission
