Inbound SDR Manager
The Role:
You will be responsible for leading a team of inbound SDR's to successfully drive new business in Europe.
Be responsible in managing the team effectively to achieve team targets for opportunities
You will be responsible for recruiting, leading and managing multiple talented SDR's
Drive and implement improvements for the team with the process and execute new ideas on how to improve their general performance.
Motivate and drive the team to be successful inbound SDR's, nurturing and developing them on how best to follow up on inbound leads.

The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years experience in a similar SDR Team Lead / Management position at a SaaS company.
You would have previously been an SDR and therefore understand the role having experienced it yourself.
You will be a highly outgoing individual and able to clearly communicate your ideas to the team.
Additional European languages such as; Italian, French, Spanish, Russian or Polish will be beneficial but not essential.
What You’ll Get:
Competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000 basic + £20,000 in bonuses
Entitled to 25 days holiday + banks.
