​Head of Demand Generation

The Role:

  • Be in charge of lead generation through marketing for the UK market.

  • You will be the only marketer in the UK at the company.

  • Be in charge of running all digital campaigns and collaborate with other marketers in the company.

  • Optimise and nurture campaigns, feed back to the team which campaigns work best.

  • Find new ways to generate leads.

  • You will manage the marketing budget for the UK which is €15,000 per month.

  • For this role you can be based remotely from anywhere in the UK.

  • Highly funded - they closed $40M across several rounds so far

  • They regularly beat their competitors as they offer better user experience

  • Excellent progression within the company: as the only marketer in the UK you will be able to grow with the company and take on a managerial role in the future or move into different positions/ departments within the company

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 - 6 years experience with digital marketing campaigns

  • Experience with Google Ads/ Analytcs, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads (ideally you have a certification for Google Ads and Google Analytics)

  • Experience with traffic management and PPC

  • You have a background in SaaS

  • You are ambitious, autonomous and keen to work for a fast-paced start-up

Process:

  • 1st phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager

  • 2nd Case Study Assignment to be completed

  • 3rd interview with the hiring manager

  • 4th interview with the UK Country Manager

  • 5th interview with one of the co-founders
