Field Marketing Manager - SaaS - London or Paris
The Role:
Develop the field marketing strategy and execute campaigns in the European market.
You will be a critical member of the marketing team and really help to increase the demand generation for the company
The current EMEA marketing team consists of 8 team members, there is no one who is currently dedicated to Field Marketing - you will take ownership of this.
Drive marketing programs across the region
Collaborate with the sales team to drive pipeline generation and revenue
Work closely with the rest of the marketing team (digital marketing, product marketing) and develop go-to-market plans for different regions across Europe to attract new customers and prospects.
Be in charge of taking part at events across the region, these could be virtual or physical. You will do all the pre-event planning, coordinate internally and promote the event. Also take care of follow-ups after events and drive lead conversion from events.
Work with partners to make sure they take part in the events too
You will be in charge of managing of the EMEA field marketing budget.
Monitor and report on metrics as well as ROI.
You need to be based in either London or Paris
Report to the CMO of the company - based in the US

The Ideal Candidate:
2 - 3 years Field Marketing and Events experience within the SaaS industry
Fluency in English (and French if you are based in France)
Experience with Salesforce and Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot or similar marketing tools
What You’ll Get:
£45,000 - £50,000 base + £5,000 on top
