​Solutions Consultant - Complex SaaS company

A global innovator in artificial intelligence powered software that help some of the worlds biggest brands solve complex digital transformation challenges is hiring a Solutions Consultant to become an integral part of a growing pre-sales team.

 

 

You will be a vital part of the sales chain, using your expertise to support the acquisition of new logo clients and to help existing clients get more from the technology they are already consuming. In this position, you'll be a true subject matter expert and be consulted internally on your thoughts towards new product features and improvements in the software, alongside the core duties of attending and presenting at pre-sales/post-sale meetings and supporting the proof of concepts.

 

The key role responsibilities are:

 

- Supporting all pre-sales and post-sales activity by providing the most up to date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications &

establishing personal networks.

 

- Supporting the sales team with achieving revenue targets through attending sales meetings and using your experience to make key contributions to advance the deal.

 

- Leading successful demonstrations by facing off to key client stakeholders and partners, clearly explaining the

technical features of the product.

 

- Building customized demonstrations based on requirements provided by clients.

 

- Enabling the sales and marketing teams technically via technical training, new feature workshops and use-case overviews.

 

- Building trust and rapport with clients to help understand identify current and future requirements.

 

What should you bring to the role to be successful?

 

- You've got a proven track record in a pre-sales role in a software company - ideally working with a complex, technical product.

 

- You have that great blend of technical, personal and relationship building traits that don’t major too heavily in one area - you need to be forthright but thoughtful.

 

- The ability to understand, interpret and articulate complex concepts to technical and sometimes non-technical audiences - ensuring you capture their interest, get buy-in and motivate them to act.

 

- You are comfortable working across different time zones with any number of different cultures and personalities.
