Job Title: Senior Account Manager / Customer Success Lead
The Role:
Responsible for managing the on-boarding transition and on-going relationship of their largest, strategic Enterprise customers, potentially Worldwide.
Leading integration process and advising on growth strategy
Educating customers on how to get most out of the platform
Strong growth opportunity to move into a role with direct reports within 6-9 months once success is proven.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success

The Ideal Candidate:
MUST have 5 years + experience in a Senior Customer Success or Account Management position involving on-boarding and driving success of brand-new Enterprise customers.
MUST have experience in the SaaS, Payments or FinTech space coming from B2B high growth organisation.
MUST have strategic multi-stakeholder relationship building experience.
You should be a strong motivator and have a real passion for developing others through career progression.
Based Central London
What You’ll Get:
£75k-£85k basic salary + 30% bonus + stock options
