​Job Title: Strategic Customer Success Manager

The Role:

  • Responsible for managing the on-boarding transition and on-going relationship of their largest, strategic Enterprise customers, potentially Worldwide.

  • Leading integration process and advising on growth strategy

  • Educating customers on how to get most out of the platform

  • Strong growth opportunity to move into a role with direct reports within 6-9 months once success is proven.

  • Reporting to the Head of Customer Success

The Ideal Candidate:

  • MUST have 5 years + experience in a Senior Customer Success or Account Management position involving on-boarding and driving success of brand-new Enterprise customers.

  • MUST have experience in the SaaS, Payments or FinTech space coming from B2B high growth organisation.

  • MUST have strategic multi-stakeholder relationship building experience.

  • You should be a strong motivator and have a real passion for developing others through career progression.

  • Based Central London

What You’ll Get:

  • £75k-£85k basic salary + 30% bonus + stock options
