Senior Account Manager
The Role:
Senior Account Manager based in Australia – preferably Sydney or Melbourne.
You will be responsible for increasing revenue from existing mid-market customers, this is a growth role.
This will be looking after flagship customers in APAC.
Customers are split across several verticals including Banking, Transport, eCommerce and Digital Marketplaces.

You will need:
5 years Sales experience.
3+ years Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) or Unified Comms experience.
Experience growing revenue from existing accounts.
