​ Senior Account Manager

The Role:

  • Senior Account Manager based in Australia – preferably Sydney or Melbourne.

  • You will be responsible for increasing revenue from existing mid-market customers, this is a growth role.

  • This will be looking after flagship customers in APAC.

  • Customers are split across several verticals including Banking, Transport, eCommerce and Digital Marketplaces.

You will need:

  • 5 years Sales experience.

  • 3+ years Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) or Unified Comms experience.

  • Experience growing revenue from existing accounts.
