​Sales Director - France, Iberia, Italy

The Role:

  • Hands on Sales Leadership position, responsible for managing an existing team of 6x new business focussed Account Executives.

  • Team split and locations– 2x France, 2x Italy and 2x Spain.

  • Your role will be to recruit, train, coach & develop the team.

  • Understand and improve the AE’s performances through process, methodology and targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 7+ years as an individual contributor selling SaaS

  • 3-4 years experience in sales leadership role

  • Must have experience leading a team of AE’s in a high-growth/scale up organisation selling to Enterprise.

  • Must be a highly effective coach, leader and talent spotter with the ability to positively influence others.

What You’ll Get:

  • €120,000-€140,000 plus double OTE, €5,000 car allowance, stock options
