The Role:
Hands on Sales Leadership position, responsible for managing an existing team of 6x new business focussed Account Executives.
Team split and locations– 2x France, 2x Italy and 2x Spain.
Your role will be to recruit, train, coach & develop the team.
Understand and improve the AE’s performances through process, methodology and targets.

The Ideal Candidate:
7+ years as an individual contributor selling SaaS
3-4 years experience in sales leadership role
Must have experience leading a team of AE’s in a high-growth/scale up organisation selling to Enterprise.
Must be a highly effective coach, leader and talent spotter with the ability to positively influence others.
What You’ll Get:
€120,000-€140,000 plus double OTE, €5,000 car allowance, stock options
