Sales Development Representative

The Role:

As a Business Development Representative you will be expected to generate new opportunities to fill the enterprise pipeline.

You will work closely with the Account Executives to move prospects through the pipeline to close.

Social messaging is also an important aspect of the role and you will have to ensure you master the art of sending creative messages

On top of this, you will be selling the companies products and will have to ensure you are able to communicate the fundamentals of the products through; cold-calling and emailing.

The Company:

  • The company is a cloud Learning Management System (LMS) that allows you to incorporate formal, informal, social and experiential learning in a single platform.

  • Recently funded with over $50 million, the company is now looking to grow at a fast pace and are entirely building a new and exciting BDR team

  • Since 2015, they have been included in a number of awards such as; Training Industry's top 20 Learning Portal Companies, Best Corporate LMS Software and Best Advance in Learning Management Technology.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have at least 6 months B2B sales experience (ideally in software)

  • You will be a hard-working and sociable individual who has aspirations of working in sales and the technology industry.

What You’ll Get:

  • You will be given a highly competitive basic salary of between £30,000-£35,000 with an uncapped OTE of £10,000-£15,000.

  • You will be entitled to 25 days holiday + banks.
