Regional Sales Director
The Role:
You will be based in Northern Germany and your role will be to:
Hire and manage a new team within the DACH territory, including; AM's, AE's and SDR's
Responsibility to be the first person on the ground in a growing territory!
Develop and execute territory account plans to achieve revenue targets within the DACH region
Lead multiple customer sales cycles and effectively close new business
Manage and grow large, strategic enterprise accounts
Quickly learn the companies software products and be able to clearly communicate the value proposition
Develop strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners within the DACH territory

The Ideal Candidate:
You will have 5+ years Enterprise Sales experience in SaaS (ideally HR Tech or LMS) as well as 2+ years managing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers
Experience of building out a team within the DACH region
You will have a hunter mentality and excellent communication skills
Fluent in German and English
What You’ll Get:
