​Regional Sales Director

The Role:

  • You will be based in Northern Germany and your role will be to:

  • Hire and manage a new team within the DACH territory, including; AM's, AE's and SDR's

  • Responsibility to be the first person on the ground in a growing territory!

  • Develop and execute territory account plans to achieve revenue targets within the DACH region

  • Lead multiple customer sales cycles and effectively close new business

  • Manage and grow large, strategic enterprise accounts

  • Quickly learn the companies software products and be able to clearly communicate the value proposition

  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners within the DACH territory

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have 5+ years Enterprise Sales experience in SaaS (ideally HR Tech or LMS) as well as 2+ years managing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers

  • Experience of building out a team within the DACH region

  • You will have a hunter mentality and excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in German and English
