​New Business Sales Manager

The Role:

  • A 100% new business role as an individual contributor to begin with

  • Clear roadmap for this position to progress in to a Country Manager role

  • There will be a chance to upsell and cross sell but eventually the account will be passed to customer success

  • Our quota is likely to be around £2million once fully ramped

  • With deals in the multimillion £ range it is very achievable. Sales cycles can range from 6-18 months depending on the client

  • This role sells to C-level within Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance & Manufacturing

  • You will be based in the United Kingdom 

The Company:

  • Top performers in the team are earning over £400k OTE

  • This role has remit to grow in to a Country Manager position

  • 30% growth target over the next 3 years

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You should have sold complex Technology outsourcing deals

  • You must have sold multi-million $ deals

  • Proven experience selling to C-Suite Level

What You’ll Get:

  • Basic Salary: £120’000-£150’000 with an OTE around £300,000 but uncapped

  • Healthcare and Pension + other company benefits
