Marketing Director - South Europe
The Role:
Be in charge of the marketing function for South Europe (France, Italy, Spain)
Define the marketing strategy and digital strategy for the company.
You will be responsible for the full marketing mix as well as managing the existing team.
Strong focus will be on driving demand and lead generation for the region.
You need to be based commutable to Paris
You will report directly into the CEO.

The founders built the company from the ground up and kept reinvesting into the business. They have experienced steady and organic growth since the foundation of the business.
They grow around 20% YoY in revenue.
They have 250+ clients across the globe.
Yearly company-wide trips abroad.

The Ideal Candidate:
5+ years’ experience in marketing around SaaS solutions - this is a MUST HAVE
Experience in high-growth SaaS start-ups/ scale-up where you contributed to the digital strategy and growth through marketing – MUST HAVE
Ideally you have 2+ years’ experience managing a team but they will also consider someone who is an experienced marketing manager who wants to take the next step to Head of Marketing
Used tools such as GoogleAds, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot (or similar marketing automation tool)
Master's degree from a top business school in France – PREFERRED
What You’ll Get:
€60,000 - €80,000 base salary + €20,000 variable on top
