Inside Sales Team Lead
The Role:
Build and deliver a suitable value proposition and negotiation pitch, with the head of growth the commercial strategy
Optimise their sales CRM to maintain well organised data and improve the team’s efficiency
Set clear sales goals and monitor team's performance and report on metrics
Manage a team of SDR's and Inside Sales individuals and:
Oversee day-to-day sales operation
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognise high performance and reward accomplishments

This company is a recent start-up which has a payment solution for online retailers that reinvents the online shopping experiences.
Only recently established, this company has already had £1.5 million in funding!
Aggressive growth plans; looking to build a team of sales people from 0-30 in next 12 months and therefore excellent progression opportunities!
There are 7 employees currently who all have the same ambitious mindset and enthusiasm as the founder. They certainly are looking to build a fresh and exciting team to ensure the company hits its potential!
Opportunity to be the 1st Sales Manager with the opportunity to build your own team!
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be based in or commutable to London
You will have 18+ months management experience of a sales / SDR team within SaaS
If you have previously sold to e-retailers, this will be a huge benefit but not essential!
This role will be very fast-paced and will need someone with a hunter mentality and an ambitious mindset
What You’ll Get:
Generous salary package of £50,000-£70,000 + £10,000 - £20,000
Benefits such as; 30-35 days holiday per year, pension, health and50% contribution to commute to and from office will be included in the contract.
