Head of Professional Services
The Role:
Manage the existing team which consists of 7-8 project managers and a technical designer
Currently the team is based in France only
With revenue growth internationally, you will eventually hire a PM in DACH and a PM in the UK and grow the team further
Set and monitor the teams KPIs
Recommend, implement and monitor the necessary tools for the team
Follow customer projects which can be directly with clients or through partners
You are required to be hands-on and maintain a relationship with customers through regular meetings
Coordiante internaly with members of other teams for improvements on projects
Work closely with account managers to identify renewals, up-sells and cross-sells
Report problems encountered, needs for changes, new needs or new products from customers to
