​Head of Professional Services

The Role:

  • Manage the existing team which consists of 7-8 project managers and a technical designer

  • Currently the team is based in France only

  • With revenue growth internationally, you will eventually hire a PM in DACH and a PM in the UK and grow the team further

  • Set and monitor the teams KPIs

  • Recommend, implement and monitor the necessary tools for the team

  • Follow customer projects which can be directly with clients or through partners

  • You are required to be hands-on and maintain a relationship with customers through regular meetings

  • Coordiante internaly with members of other teams for improvements on projects

  • Work closely with account managers to identify renewals, up-sells and cross-sells

  • Report problems encountered, needs for changes, new needs or new products from customers to

  • For this role you need to be based commutable to Paris
