Head of Marketing
The Role:
Create a strategic marketing plan which is alligned to business goals and objectives
Create lead forecasts across campaigns and ensure effective progression of leads through the relevant funnels
Oversee the implementation of the marketing plan including campaigns, events, content, digital, PR & operations
Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Provide insight and advise key stakeholders relating to all aspects of marketing, communications, partnerships and relevant networks and communities.
Manage external partner and supplier relationships and create high growth marketing plans
Efficiently manage the marketing team and drive overall performance with objective and personal development

The Ideal Candidate:
Relevant marketing degree / CIM qualification or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in a B2B technology/SaaS company
Strong understanding of the B2B software sales process and buying journeys
Skilled in tracking and reporting against SQL's and MQL's

1st Interview is a call with the Head of People to ascertain your cultural values and fit
2nd interview is a deep dive skills and suitability call with the CEO & another team member to give you the opportunity to ask any questions and allow the company to understand you processes in more detail.
Final Interview is with the VP of Global Sales and CEO
