  • Managing and building key relationships with B2B Accounts

  • Onboard new clients onto the platform and ensure a smooth product adoption

  • Identify opportunities for cross and upselling

  • Drive retention, renewals and client satisfaction levels

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 + years working in a customer success or relationship management role

  • German language is essential

  • Ideally worked within a software company

What You’ll Get:

  • Up to £50,000 Basic + £12k in bonus’s + benefits
