Managing and building key relationships with B2B Accounts
Onboard new clients onto the platform and ensure a smooth product adoption
Identify opportunities for cross and upselling
Drive retention, renewals and client satisfaction levels

The Ideal Candidate:
2 + years working in a customer success or relationship management role
German language is essential
Ideally worked within a software company
What You’ll Get:
Up to £50,000 Basic + £12k in bonus’s + benefits
