The Role:

  • Based in the Customer Success team.

  • Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and debugging issues with the platform.

  • You will be a product expert and be able to resolve issues for existing customers.

  • The product is technical and you will be providing support to developers so you will need to be comfortable on web technologies.

  • MUST have front end coding experience - Java, HTML and CSS.

  • MUST have experience with one of the following: Python, Ruby or PHP.

  • MUST have SQL experience.

  • Will consider from graduate level with 6 months experience who has used the above technology in personal products to someone who has a couple of years in a support role.

  • You should be a strong motivator with high energy and a real passion for developing others and coaching for success;

  • Based remotely in the UK, London a bonus
