Customer Support Engineer
The Role:
Based in the Customer Success team.
Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and debugging issues with the platform.
You will be a product expert and be able to resolve issues for existing customers.
The product is technical and you will be providing support to developers so you will need to be comfortable on web technologies.

The Ideal Candidate:
MUST have front end coding experience - Java, HTML and CSS.
MUST have experience with one of the following: Python, Ruby or PHP.
MUST have SQL experience.
Will consider from graduate level with 6 months experience who has used the above technology in personal products to someone who has a couple of years in a support role.
You should be a strong motivator with high energy and a real passion for developing others and coaching for success;
Based remotely in the UK, London a bonus

£38,000-45,000 basic salary + stock options
