​Customer Success Manager UK

The Role:

• This is a Customer Success Manager role

• You will be dealing with mid-market and Enterprise clients in EMEA and APAC

• Clients will be 200+ employees in size

• Your job will be managing renewals and upsells

• You should be based commutable to London

The Company:

• A start up in the MarTech space

• They plan to exit in 18 months to 3 years

• They grew 50% in 2020 and plan to grow 67% this year

• They are profitable and have grown organically

• Equity is included

• Commission is uncapped and over Double if you hit target

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 years in a Customer Success role for a SaaS of Software company

• Ideally this will be B2B SaaS

• Ideally from a martech background.

• What You’ll Get:

• Basic Salary: £30,000-£40,000 with an OTE that is 20%

• Equity, Pension, Healthcare
