Customer Success Manager - UK
The Role:
Customer Success Manager role covering the UK territory.
Responsible for the management, growth & retention of around 15-20x existing, cross vertical accounts.
Account base worth between £2M, with average deal sizes that can be 150k+.
You will be a trusted advisor to your clients and will need to negotiate at C-Level across different departments.
Based from their office in London.
The Company:
Leading SaaS MarTech company who are very well backed.
They are a Global company with ten offices across Europe and the United States.
They put $100million into research to ensure their product solves the business challenges of their customers and making it simple and easy to use.
They are beating a lot of the competition in the deals and some big names too.
The Ideal Candidate:
3 years + Customer Success / Account Management experience.
Must have growth and retention experience within accounts.
Worked in the MarTech or Digital Marketing/Agency spaces
What You’ll Get:
£55,000 basic salary + 15% OTE (uncapped + accelerators)
Benefits include: generous holiday allowance, pension, healthcare and expense allowance per month.
