​Customer Success Manager

The Role:

  • Responsible for a set of 20 key accounts

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for each client and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and success

  • Managing user interaction and creating data reports on a day to day basis

  • This role will be based from the London office with some flexible working from home

The Company:

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 4 years + experience working as a recruitment consultant placing technical candidates i.e developers, coders.

  • 4 years SaaS CSM experience in either HR or Recruitment technology

  • Great, forward thinking attitudes with client facing experience
