Customer Success Manager
Location: Berlin
The Role:
Focussed on building and maintaining relationships with customers
Regular contact with customers ensuring everything is running smoothly with the products.
You will be expected Increase renewal rates and decrease churn through early renewals, upselling and sustaining a satisfied customer base
Expand their revenue within accounts by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities outside of the renewal engagement period

The Ideal Candidate
You will be an ideal candidate if you are degree educated
You can speak fluently in German and English
You will be a confident and friendly team player
You will have 2+ years experience in a customer facing role in either Inside Sales or Customer Success
What you’ll get:
You will receive a competitive salary between £30,000-£60,000 OTE depending on levels of experience
