Customer Success Executive
The Role:
Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key clients whilst acting as the voice of the customer between departments internally
Identifying account expansion opportunities and managing multiple stake holders
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and become an industry expert
The Company:
SaaS scale-up specialising in software specially for the Construction market
Global presence with offices across the UK, Australia and UAE
Promote from within culture with lots of opportunities to progress as the business grows
The Ideal Candidate:
Min of 6 months B2B Client facing experience – for example in recruitment, client success or account management
Clear communicator with a passion for technology
Based in the UK with easy access and transport links for future client meetings
