​Customer Success Executive

The Role:

  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key clients whilst acting as the voice of the customer between departments internally

  • Identifying account expansion opportunities and managing multiple stake holders

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and become an industry expert

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Min of 6 months B2B Client facing experience – for example in recruitment, client success or account management

  • Clear communicator with a passion for technology

  • Based in the UK with easy access and transport links for future client meetings
