​Business Development Representative Manager

The Role:

Managing and leading a team of 6 BDR’s.

  • 100% management role which will include performance management and getting the team to performing at high level consistently.

  • Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring and growing the team.

  • Establishing and implementing process, you will be responsible for supporting the team with territory mapping.

  • Huge opportunity to progress in this role, direct reporting line to the Head of Commercial for the whole group.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 years’ experience leading a BDR / SDR / Sales Development team.

  • You will need experience within Marketing Technology (MarTech).

  • You could also come from a player / manager 360 sales role.

What You’ll Get:

  • £60,000-£70,000 base with £35,000 OTE

Process:

  • 1st – Initial call with the Head of Commercial

  • 2nd – Call with one of the SDR’s from the team

  • 3rd - Final call with CEO
