Business Development Representative Manager
The Role:
Managing and leading a team of 6 BDR’s.
100% management role which will include performance management and getting the team to performing at high level consistently.
Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring and growing the team.
Establishing and implementing process, you will be responsible for supporting the team with territory mapping.
Huge opportunity to progress in this role, direct reporting line to the Head of Commercial for the whole group.

The Ideal Candidate:
2 years’ experience leading a BDR / SDR / Sales Development team.
You will need experience within Marketing Technology (MarTech).
You could also come from a player / manager 360 sales role.
What You’ll Get:
£60,000-£70,000 base with £35,000 OTE
Process:
1st – Initial call with the Head of Commercial
2nd – Call with one of the SDR’s from the team
3rd - Final call with CEO
