Business Development Representative
The Role:
BDR role focused on the SMB market (B2B & B2C SaaS businesses less than £100k)
Generating demand, interest and excitement for the client’s products while creating a steady pipeline of business for the Account Executive team.
Taking on cold leads from the research team, build up the relationship and convert them into qualified leads.
Dealing with demo requests, run discovery calls and actively responding to the intercom chatbot from the website.
Ongoing weekly role specific and product training sessions.
You’ll actively contribute to the revenue while learning the ropes of a growth-stage start-up and the ins and outs of sales and in time, graduating from a Business Development Representative into an Account Executive role

The Ideal Candidate:
MUST have a minimum of 6+ months as an SDR/ BDR
Experience selling software/ SaaS preferable
Happy to proactively engage new customers through email and phone.
You should be a strong motivator and have a real passion for sales and career progression.
