Business Development Manager - UK
The Role:
Focused on generating new business through closing inbound leads and prospecting for outbound sales opportunities. 100% new business - passing the accounts to a CSM.
They have a strong marketing function offering great support to help targets accounts and generate inbound interest for you to convert.
They are currently targeting SMEs within the technology space but will be expanding into other industries in the next 6-12 months – prior experience in this field would be a bonus.
The role is remotely based. Ideally, you are based in or around Greater London, but they will consider people outside that patch if they have the right skill set.
They offer a comprehensive onboarding and product training experience to get you up to speed asap.

12 months ago, this would have been a "nice-to-have" product but now there is a real need for it. It's something that is particularly relevant because of COVID and the fact that the pandemic is changing the way we work more remotely.
The Ideal Candidate:
3+ years SaaS sales experience with a focus on hunting new business at SME level
Consultative B2B solution sales experience with ability to run full sales cycle
Prior exposure to working in a fast-paced Tech Start-Up environment preferred
Ideally demonstratable track record of high achievement against financial targets
What You’ll Get:
£40,000 - £55,000 base salary with a double uncapped OTE (dependant on experience)

3 stage remote interview process including:
1st stage video call with the CEO (30 minutes)
2nd stage video call with the CEO and COO (60 minutes)
