​Business Development Manager - UK

The Role:

  • Focused on generating new business through closing inbound leads and prospecting for outbound sales opportunities. 100% new business - passing the accounts to a CSM.

  • They have a strong marketing function offering great support to help targets accounts and generate inbound interest for you to convert.

  • They are currently targeting SMEs within the technology space but will be expanding into other industries in the next 6-12 months – prior experience in this field would be a bonus.

  • The role is remotely based. Ideally, you are based in or around Greater London, but they will consider people outside that patch if they have the right skill set.

  • They offer a comprehensive onboarding and product training experience to get you up to speed asap.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years SaaS sales experience with a focus on hunting new business at SME level

  • Consultative B2B solution sales experience with ability to run full sales cycle

  • Prior exposure to working in a fast-paced Tech Start-Up environment preferred

  • Ideally demonstratable track record of high achievement against financial targets

 

What You’ll Get:

  • £40,000 - £55,000 base salary with a double uncapped OTE (dependant on experience)

3 stage remote interview process including:

  • 1st stage video call with the CEO (30 minutes)

  • 2nd stage video call with the CEO and COO (60 minutes)
