Account Manager
This strategic role has been created due to exceptional organic growth within the Customer Success division. Your mission will be to expertly manage multiple C-level stakeholders within some the organisations most valuable accounts. Your objective is to cultivate lifelong professional relationships, identify opportunities for up/cross sell to expand the product footprint.
The Role:
This is a home-based contract where you can work remotely anywhere in the UK. The organisation offers unrivalled autonomy and trust to get the job done right.
Primarily you will be looking to expand the ARR within the existing client base through the strategic upselling and cross selling products and services.
Reporting to the Head of Account Management and VP Customer Success you’ll collaborate with a world class team to ensure maximum growth potential is met and a high level of service is delivered.

The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 3 years Account Management experience required within a SaaS environment with a demonstratable track record of growing annual revenues.
You will have experience consulting with multiple C-level stakeholders to identify growth opportunities to expand the product footprint within your portfolio.
Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar would be preferred.
You have strong communication skills and a desire to work cross functionally within a high-performance sales environment.
What You’ll Get:
Competitive base salary package dependant on experience £35,000-£45,000
