Account Executive - German Speaking
The Role:
This is a 100% new business role where accounts are passed after 6 months
You will be selling to mid-market and Enterprise clients in the DACH market
Clients will be 200+ employees in size
You should be based commutable to London
Average deals sizes are typically $28k but rising and sales cycles are around 3 months
The Company:
A start up in the MarTech space
They plan to exit in 18 months to 3 years
They grew 50% in 2020 and plan to grow 67% this year
They are profitable and have grown organically
Equity is included
Commission is uncapped and over Double if you hit target
As they are a flat structure there may even be management in the future if you are successful
The Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years B2B SaaS closing experience. Hunters.
Ideally from a martech background.
Must have sold to mid-market or Enterprise for this role
You must be a German speaker
What You’ll Get:
Basic Salary: £50,000-£60,000 with an OTE that is over Double
Equity, Pension, Healthcare
