Sales Director DACH (New Business) - Cyber Security - Germany based
The Role:
First Sales Rep on the Ground in the DACH region to be based out of Germany
You'll be selling cyber security software, hardware and services.
30% - 35% sales through partners and 60% - 70% direct sales
Named account list of around 40 accounts to go after
There is no lead generation involved in this role!
Average deal size is $1M - $3M+ and customers normally sign up for a minimum of 5 - 10 year contracts
It takes on average 12 months+ to close a deal
Stakeholders involved in the sales process are CISOs, CIOs, Head of ICT, Head of Infrastructure
The role is home based from anywhere in Germany

The Ideal Candidate:
10 - 15 years enterprise sales experience
Experience selling OT, IoT or network security solutions
Good technical understanding of security
Fluency in German and English is a MUST
What You’ll Get:
€100,000 - €120,000 base salary, double uncapped OTE plus accelerators
