The Role:
Customer Success Manager
Managing existing accounts which are B2B
Responsible for retention and growth within the accounts
Deliver customer training
Conduct weekly, montly and annual meetings with clients remotely.

The Ideal Candidate:
Fluent German or French AND English skills are essential
Experience of working in sales or the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential
Previous experience in a customer focused role is preferred
Willingness to learn and develop in sales and technology.
