​The Role:

  • Customer Success Manager

  • Managing existing accounts which are B2B

  • Responsible for retention and growth within the accounts

  • Deliver customer training

  • Conduct weekly, montly and annual meetings with clients remotely.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent German or French AND English skills are essential

  • Experience of working in sales or the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role is preferred

  • Willingness to learn and develop in sales and technology.
