Client Success Manager - Italy
The Role:
Client Success Manager role based in Milan, Italy.
Responsible for the management, growth & retention of around
30x existing, cross vertical accounts. Retail is a strong focus.Account base worth between €1M-€2M, with average deal size around
€75k but this can go to €150k.You will be a trusted advisor to your clients and will negotiate at
C-Level across marketing and ecommerce departmentsMilan based – office mainly with some flexibility.

Leading SaaS MarTech company who are very well backed.
They are a Global company with ten offices across Europe and the
United States.They put $100million into research to ensure their product solves
the business challenges of their customers and making it simple and easy
to use.They are beating a lot of the competition in the deals and some big
names too.
The Ideal Candidate:
3 years + Customer Success / Account Management experience
Must have growth and retention experience within accounts
Worked in the MarTech or Digital Marketing/Agency space
Retail experience is a bonus.
