Sales Operations Analyst

The Role:
This is a home-based contract where you can work remotely anywhere in the UK.
Primarily you will report on company sales performance. Analysing data by region and customer type with a view to enhancing the quality of decisions made by the Senior Management team.
Provide monthly sales cost ratio analysis to provide deep insights into team performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Take ownership of forecasting sales headcount capacity planning and analysis for the UK and US.
Manage data integrity of the CRM (Hubspot), provide analysis, create reports, and build dashboards to bring insights to sales reps and sales managers

The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 2 years Sales Ops experience required within a SaaS environment with an in-depth understanding of sales ops processes.
You are ideally an experienced Hubspot user or familiar with the reporting tools on other CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
You have advanced proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint and Google equivalents.
You enjoy solving complex business problems
You have an ability to develop, manage and organize large datasets
You have strong communication skills and a desire to work cross functionally
What You’ll Get:
Competitive base salary package dependant on experience £35,000-£45,000
35 days paid time off per annum
