Job Title: Strategic Customer Success Manager
The Role:
Senior CSM 1 within the company who will drive adoption and demonstrate ongoing value. This critical function is responsible for onboarding new customers by engaging executive teams in the launch, driving ongoing adoption, and managing renewals. They will be working with the rest of the organisation to uncover new ways to make the technology a part of everyday life and to improve their product. This role is fully remote.
The Company:
Huge opportunity to blaze the trail, this is the first CSM they have hired.
The business has experienced huge growth since the beginning of the CV19 crisis due to 80% of clients being in life sciences.
Company has a flat management structure, no real hierarchy.
Company has huge clients in Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals such as: Astrazeneca, Bayer, Merck and Pfizer.
The Ideal Candidate:
5+ Years of CSM experience around Life Sciences within technology.
Ideally be multilingual but not essential.
What You’ll Get:
Salary range of £70k to £100k + bonus *Can pay more for the right candidate.
