Chief Revenue Officer

The Role: 

  • To support the sales team in selling our clients cloud-based software and associated services

  • Responsible for building, developing, and driving sales from the team

  • Managing a team of around 10 sales professionals across global regions

  • This will be a 100% management role where you will be responsible for hitting the team target.

  • You will need to be able to manage the lead generation function (SDR and Marketing) to drive the business forward

  • Tailored and bespoke platform, with a cutting edge on their competition

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong leadership experience 

  • Grown or built sales teams and businesses of 10 +

  • Successfully worked for a software start-up

  • Ability to control lead generation (SDR and Marketing)

  • Track record of motivating, developing and driving a sales team to hit targets

 

What You’ll Get:

  • £90k - £120k Basic + 50% Bonus
