Business Development Representative (French speaking)

​The Role:

  • This is an inbound SDR role, taking on the responsibility to balance between managing warm leads and intent data. You will target the accounts that you determine to be key to win.

  • With these warm leads and intent data, you will be expected to generate new opportunities to fill the enterprise pipeline for the French market.

  • You will be expected to book opportunities rather than generic meetings. This is done by conducting thoughtful discovery calls that qualify whether the prospect would be a good fit.

  • You will also be given added responsibility to help contribute towards the design of the EMEA team's BDR playbook. They are looking for creative individuals who want to help test new methods, design new sequences, and educate their peers on their learnings.

  • Regularly update the company's CRM.

The Company:

  • The company is a cloud Learning Management System (LMS) that allows you to incorporate formal, informal, social and experiential learning in a single platform.

  • Recently funded with over $50 million, the company is now looking to grow at a fast pace and are entirely building a new and exciting BDR team

  • Year on year revenue growth of 50% for the past few years

  • There is an excellent culture in the company, as they often take the initiative in providing employees with excellent incentives and social team activities.

  • Flexible WFH scheme

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have at least 6 months B2B sales experience (ideally in software)

  • You will be a hard-working and sociable individual who has aspirations of working in sales and the technology industry.

What You’ll Get:

  • You will be given a highly competitive basic salary of between £35,000-£40,000 with an uncapped OTC of 17,500

  • You will be entitled to 25 days holiday + banks.
